Exclusive Level services, amazing sea views, nearby cultural activities
The check-in process was tedious with confusing directions!!! The pool area suffers greatly from overcrowding!!! Maintenance issues seem to be a common complaint!!!

The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and marina. Enjoyed the lovely sea view from the room—the sunsets were amazing. Plus, the rooftop pool area was a great escape during the day. Would recommend trying local restaurants nearby for amazing tapas!

The terrace was quite nice for some quiet morning coffee, felt like a little escape. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh options that even our picky eater liked.
It was a bit pricey, but it was tolerable.

Our family enjoyed the lovely Marina view from our spacious room, which was perfect for our stay with a newborn. The staff's attentiveness made our mornings easier, especially during breakfast with its delicious variety.
My wife says that the swimming pool area felt overcrowded and not very clean for the family.

A prime choice for a short stint in Alicante with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast room had a lovely view of the beach which made mornings special. Tip, Try to get an early start by the beach, it's worth it.

Our group had a fantastic time during our stay! The beach and local tapas spots were nearby, making it perfect for fun adventures. The ambiance at the Level bar was nice, and the spacious rooms were a big plus. Just a heads-up for future guests, some amenities weren’t clearly communicated at check-in, so ask questions to make the most of your stay!
We encountered some noise issues from the cleaning staff outside our door too early each morning, which disrupted our sleep. It’s something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

I had a really nice stay in a lovely room with a sea view and a comfy bed. The outdoor pool was great for lounging, and I loved unwinding at the sun terrace by the beach. The only thing I wished for was a bit warmer pool water – my toes weren't so keen on the chill! 😊
